Privacy Policy

AirSteady is operated by Yandk Ventures LLC. We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

What we collect

• Account and authentication details (email, sign-in method)
• Wellness information you enter in the app — self-rated anxiety levels before and after sessions, mood tags, session notes, and your fear and coping assessment — synced to your account so your progress can be restored
• App activity and progress (exercises completed, duration, streaks) and flights you add (routes, dates, status)
• Optional analytics and crash reports — you can turn these off any time in Profile › Settings › Analytics & crash reports

Your wellness data stays yours

Some of what you enter is health-related information: your self-rated anxiety levels and your answers about your fears and coping habits. We store those answers, along with simple summaries of them such as the difference between your before and after ratings. AirSteady doesn't evaluate you or draw conclusions about your mental health — the summaries only help choose which sessions and content to show you next. We use your wellness data only to power your in-app experience and sync it across your devices. We never use it for advertising, never sell it, and never share it with data brokers.

Service providers

We store your data using Google Firebase (Firestore) and process subscriptions through RevenueCat and the App Store. Firebase and RevenueCat may use your information only to provide these services to us — they're contractually barred from using it for their own purposes. Apple handles App Store purchases under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data
• We don't share your data with advertisers
• AirSteady is not a HIPAA-covered service and does not receive HealthKit data

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and reduce unauthorized access. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve protections.

Children

AirSteady is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, everything tied to it — including your anxiety ratings, your fear-and-coping answers, and your session notes — is deleted from our servers, and any remaining copies in routine backups are cleared within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and we can't restore it afterwards, so request an export first if you want a copy of anything. Analytics and crash reports aren't linked to your account and are kept on our providers' standard schedules.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile › Delete Account in the app. For data export or other requests, contact hello@YandkVentures.com.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app.

It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention for any condition, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental-health condition. By using AirSteady, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their published policies.
